Weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday: check-in time from 4pm, check-out time by 10am.

The heated swimming pool is open until 3 October 2026, then from 1st May to 2 October 2027.

 

* A mandatory cleaning charge will apply and will come in addition to the price of rental:

• Les Glycines : 125€
• Les Hortensias : 105€
• Les Rosiers : 95€

 

All rates include:

• WIFI, satellite TV, free loan of childd and adult bikes, all linen, bath towels, kitchen essentials and a complimentary bottle of local wine!
• And depending on nature, tomatoes, herbs, figs, plums, etc. from our garden and fresh eggs from our three hens 😉

 

Booking requirements:

Deposit: 25% upfront to confirm the booking.

Balance: 75% to be settled 45 days prior to arrival at the gîte (Payment by Paypal, bank wire transfer/cheque in £ Sterling or euros)

Tourist Tax: We have a legal requirement to collect this regional tax which is of €1.50 euros per adult per day in “Les Hortensias” and “Les Glycines” (3 star rating) and €2.50 euros per adult per day in “Les Rosiers” (4 star rating). To be settled in cash at the end of your stay.

Cancellation terms:

• 25% deposit refunded if booking canceled more than 45 calendar days prior to arrival
• 25% deposit NOT refunded if booking canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival
• 50% of full amount refunded if booking canceled between 30 and 15 calendar days prior to  arrival
• NO refund if booking canceled less than 14 calendar days prior to arrival
