All the bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are provided free of charge.

A parking space is reserved for occupants inside the property.
Kitchen
The spacious entrance hall leads into the fitted kitchen and has stairs to first floor.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, gas hob and oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The washing machine, large fridge/freezer, steam iron, ironing board and folding airer/drier are in the adjoining utility room.
This leads to a further shower room with washbasin and toilet and has a stable-style door going out to the private garden which leads to the main garden with the large heated pool and outdoor games.
The large, airy and luminous lounge-diner has sliding patio doors to the front of the property (south-facing) and is well furnished with :

- A large flat screen TV with English channels and a DVD player
- WIFI access
There is also a selection of board games, toys for younger children, a library of books and DVDs.
The dining area can accommodate up to 7 people and has lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses for family meals.

- Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and large window to the front (south-facing).
- Bedroom 3 has three single beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe with drawers.
A wooden baby cot is available.
The large family bathroom has a bath with shower, a vanity unity (plenty of space for toiletteries), towel rail and toilet.
To the rear of the property there is a door leading to the private, shaded, orchard garden (fully enclosed) with garden furniture, BBQ.
The swings, badminton set and other outdoor games are to be found in the main garden with the 10m x 5m heated pool. There are also 3 tree hammocks, a trampoline, a brazier and a petanque court!
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October
